2015 Outdoor Grow Contest Winners!

impromptu outdoor by whodatisEvery year we get a lot of entries for the Outdoor Grow Contest that we hold almost every summer; in the Northern Hemisphere, that is. This year it is all about giant trees, a trend that started years ago with Tom Hill’s famous thread and the monster plants that were begotten from that era. ICMag is filled with giant trees with astounding poundage, and we are proud to celebrate that feeling with the many wonderful entries in this year’s Outdoor Grow Contest.

Well the Outdoor Grow Contest is over for 2015, and we have some winners! Four to be precise!

Congratulations to Diabolico for his contribution as a Gold Star Grower!

There is a three-way tie in the Crystal Lens Photographer category, with prizes going to Schrews Mother Lode Gardens, and MadMac‘s “ACE Congo, Bangi, Nepal, PCK, Erdpurt, Malawi & Golden Tiger @ 51°lat” Outdoor thread is the other winner.

In the poll for the Outdoor Grow Contest Blue Ribbon Botanist there was another tie, between WhoDatIs and Diabolico. The prize goes to the “Impromptu Outdoor 2015 – Nothing Like Last Minute” thread by WhoDatIs.

These threads are worth visiting! Here are the links to the winning entrants in this year’s outdoor grow contest:
